Service and Cancellation Policy – Green Breeze
Thank you for choosing Green Breeze for your luxury yacht and boat rental needs. Please carefully read and understand our service and cancellation policy below before making a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 20 days before the scheduled rental date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled rental date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled rental date are not eligible for a refund.
- Weather-Related Refund: In case of unfavorable weather conditions, such as rain or strong winds that prevent safe navigation, Green Breeze will refund 90% of the amount paid to the client.
Cancellation Procedure:
All cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@greenbreeze.pt. Our team will respond to your cancellation request within a maximum of 2 business days.
Onboard Rules and Regulations:
- Clients are required to accept and comply with all rules set by the onboard crew.
- It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity of each boat. Please respect the indicated capacity limits.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during the trip.
- Non-swimmers must inform the crew upon boarding and wear life jackets at all times for safety reasons.
- Guests are not allowed to jump into the water without crew permission. Swimming is only allowed when the yacht or boat is stationary.
- Pets: Pets are welcome on board, but they must be friendly and remain in the vessel’s outdoor areas only.
- Use of Interior Cabins: During daytime trips, interior cabins are not available for client use unless arranged in advance with additional charges per cabin.
- Onboard Restrooms: Please do not dispose of toilet paper or other hygiene products in the toilet. Use the provided waste bins for proper disposal.
- Use of Sunscreen: Colored sunscreen is prohibited. Clients may only sit on any sofa or bed with a towel.
Applicable Penalty Fees:
- Clogged or Damaged Toilets: If a toilet on the vessel is found clogged or damaged at the end of the trip, a 500 Euro fee will be applied for repair or unclogging services.
- Damaged Sofas or Beds: If any sofa or bed is damaged or stained after the trip, a 200 Euro penalty will apply for each affected piece.
Acceptance of Terms:
By booking our services, the client acknowledges and accepts all the conditions listed above. Compliance with these rules and regulations is essential to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers.
